Arson's also on his list of 'far too young to be here', and he really would be very unpleasant to the organization that held Arson and Taisuke if the opportunity ever presented himself.

He's glad Arson does have Taisuke here, though. Even if that meant an even worse end was had for the two of them. It's a little happiness in the midst of bad, but it's something.

In some ways it's a little weird having Arson living with Gilbert, since those are two parts of Zexion's existence he's so far kept almost completely separate, but he wouldn't honestly want Arson to live anywhere else. He's not . . . completely the same 'Glide' Arson knew, and he knows that, knows how much of a difference his camp memories and his heart made to his character. How much he's grown.

Oddly enough, much as he acts like a parent-guardian type, Arson's still the person with whom he acts more his (apparent) age.

Tell me what Yuta thinks of living in Pi-Lambda.

He's a bit uncertain and anxious. A lot of it comes from just his experiences in the past. Being the new kid at his school who is whispered about, being the new and rather unwanted new kid in Vulp. There's a part of him that is just waiting to find out he's unwanted or someone thinks he's too odd, etc. So he's very uncomfortable in general.

Then there's how much more there is to Glide now. He has this complicated life with all these people he's never heard of and when he tries to think about that, Yuta becomes really overwhelmed. He never really thought of most of Hydracula outside the context of Sabra before except a few stray thoughts of MAN THEIR WORLD IS BONKERS. So there's all this stuff and it seems odd and suddenly Yuta is left wondering if he really has a place with Zexion anymore. Its not that he thinks Zexion loves him less. He's fairly assured of that. But loving someone isn't the same as needing or wanting someone around sometimes. Loving someone doesn't make them fit into your life. Yuta's not sure of how he fits into Pi Lambda or how he fits in with Zexion. And that scares the hell out of him.

Not knowing his place and how he fits in with all these new people makes him feel very out of control. And since his first act was to screech he doesn't want to work with the gods, he realizes he just lost a chance to have some control. He could be contributing things on his own that way but he isn't. He's just a useless thing needing to be taken care of. And he wonders a little if thats how the others see him.

What does Zexion enjoy doing most in Thusia?

Right now?

Making pickles.

It is such a stupidly simple and domestic thing, but he didn't have anything like it during the year in Sabra and it's otherwise been such a longstanding interest. Pickle beds are living cultures that need to be stirred daily by hand, and that time, for him, is just really peaceful. It imparts a sense of continuity, harvesting the pickles from earlier days, and setting fresh vegetable down in promise of pickles tomorrow.

Second to that is probably destroying the Fate casts' souls. Alternatively, sleeping in when he and Gilbert and Arson and Luka and Natsume are likewise napping on his giant luxury bed.

Tell me about something that's surprised Yuta here.

Lucky being so utterly broken. Like she's ALWAYS been busted and weird and a mess but there's something to her now that there wasn't before he feels like. It is weird and disorienting. Yuta doesn't actually love Lucky the way he does a lot of people. But he does care and he does respect her and it kind of rocks his world. The first thing he'd say about Lucky to anyone is LUCKY IS INVINCIBLE.

...but she wasn't and that is weird and does not compute and no wonder she is busted. :(

He wants to help her out but at the same time he doesn't....want to be her's. Because to him Lucky's love is a dangerous thing to have. She doesn't think things out like she should. SO WANTS TO HELP...DOESN'T WANT TO BE REWARDED FOR HELPING WITH AFFECTION

Any other app plans or considered apps?

I've tossed around ideas of a few, but nothings's really pinged me enough to actually go through with it. Shader from Chrono Crusade, a few variations of Kururu. One or two mild Fate pings, but I think I enjoy the characters in Thusia too much to want to divide attention by being one of them.

Given the number of evenings where I just don't have time or energy for RP, I'm pretty content just to play Zexion right now. Juggling two at the end of Sabra was hard, and I was always neglecting one for the other—I'd rather not do that again unless I'm sure I'd have a lot of drive to play both.

How's Red and 'Aiden's' relationship these days?

FRIENDS. There's a lot of stuff that makes it hard for Red to let it be more than that. Seeing Librarian become Aidan is a little difficult. He feels he's someone he needs to take care of when at this time Red is really not equipped to be taking on that kind of thing too much, especially with someone who is so slow to adapt. He feels bad but putting space between them is the best thing for himself right now. The whole Chrys revelation is also a thing too, he hates what Librarian had done as part of THE SYSTEM!!!11 Still, Aidan is dear to him and at the end of the day he does love and care about him. Less a crush these days and more a member of the family who is getting back on their feet after getting out of jail. YOU DID SOME TERRIBLE SHIT but i am here for you anyway man. Altho its pretty awk.

Is there any stuff you especially want to do/see happen in Thusia?

Man . . . I want more variation in the referenced flora and fauna. Thusia's nature pages are like a dozen god post ideas waiting to happen, but nearly everything that gets talked about ICly is all lizagon lizagon lizagon.

For Pi-Lambda specifically, I want to take Arson potato hunting (because he'd be excellent at it) and have a post with a dead tree spider lying half in the apartment and half with its still-twitching legs out into the courtyard. Also, preserves. I want to experiment some with making Thusia-specific versions of natto and miso and vinegar pickles.

Also, in my horrible horrible gratuitous heart, I kind of want Zexion to get beat up and badly poisoned one of these days. Especially 'cause he's kind of stupid and doesn't really register that people like Luka and Artura would care about that or be upset he hadn't called for help.

Best and worst people Yuta could meet here?
