It's hard to really rank them at the moment, since the only ones he's had some form of direct or indirect engagement with are Dellen, Henrietta, Kain and Selyir (possibly Eizon on a very banal-trade level). The whole not-favoring-gods-in-general doesn't help.

Most - Probably the closest he came to a reluctant this-may-not-be-so-bad conception of was Kain, until he actually talked to him and then. Yeah. Others that he sliiightly favors purely on the impression their domains give off are Ranniel, Leedin, Albinia and Henrietta.
Least - ...Dellen in a way, in that for all she is purportedly a god of humankind, there's a whole lot she isn't letting on about the truth of the world. Domain-wise: Agon, for inherently obvious reasons.
Unsure - Kain. Eizon. ...Gerasimos...
